This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to rentals and services provided by Party Dreams (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Party Dreams provides event décor and furniture rentals and related event services. Due to the nature of event-based services and rentals, all bookings are considered time-sensitive and reserved exclusively for the client’s selected date.

2. All Sales and Rentals Are Final

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, reservation fees, and rental payments.

  • Once a date, items, or services are reserved, they are removed from availability for other clients.

No refunds will be issued for unused items, early returns, or changes in event plans.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text.

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the services reserved.

  • Cancellations made close to the event date are not eligible for refunds.

Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in your individual agreement or invoice.

4. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling fees may apply.

  • Payments made may be transferred to a new date at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

If Party Dreams is unavailable on the new requested date, no refund will be issued.

5. Weather and Force Majeure

Party Dreams is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue limitations

  • Emergencies or acts of God

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, credits or rescheduling options may be offered.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • The client assumes full responsibility for rented items from the time of delivery or setup until pickup or breakdown.

  • Charges will apply for items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or excessively soiled beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on the condition of the items.

No refunds will be issued due to damage caused during the rental period.

7. Incorrect or Defective Items

If Party Dreams provides an incorrect or defective item:

  • The client must notify us immediately upon delivery or setup.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to replace or correct the issue when possible.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the affected item only and issued at our discretion.

8. No-Shows and Access Issues

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The client or venue fails to provide access for delivery, setup, or breakdown.

  • The event is canceled without notice.

  • Setup cannot be completed due to venue restrictions or client delays.

9. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

10. Policy Changes

Party Dreams reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
